When a Pending Teacher is scheduled for an Advisory, they need to received the Pending Advisor role

Currently, when a Pending Teacher is scheduled for an Advisory, they do not receive any kind of advisor role. We need them to receive the Pending Advisor role so that this does not have to be done manually later.

    To expand on this, we also need to be able to have 'Pending Advisors' listed on Student lists.  Currently, the 'Advisors' column only lists current advisors, not pending.
