Currently the User Education Import only matches on 'school' & 'grad_year'. 

This is problematic as we usually enter the college and then either the degree or major, but no year (as they obviously haven't graduated yet) for our recent graduates.  Once the user does graduate college and we enter the year, we are getting a whole new education entry in Core when we do the next User Education import since there isn't a match on 'schoo'l and 'grad_year'.
