Allow parents to receive a daily digest instead of a barrage of individual notifications

It would be great if parents could receive one email/text that lists all the new announcements/news/assignment at a prescribed time every day. If it is a text message it could just direct them to the portal/their email. The email could have all the notifications listed by group/team.
