In the school forms in the nurse office the export function is not there.  You can print out all the forms but if you want to run a list of who submitted the form and grade level it is not an option.  Not even an option in lists and reports.  A bit frustrating as I am trying to see which HS students did not submit the form but this form is for grades K-12.
