Allowing form field in school forms with the obvious exclusion of the blank forms, specifically the Emergency Contact Form. This would allow Admissions, Platform and other managers to customize the form to fit the schools and the parents needs by allowing that form field in the element portion of the school form. It would automatically be listed in the constituents profile therefore allowing both the parents and the school to see the pertinent information. This would cut down on additional and redundant information for the parents as well as the school. Being able to add a form field would be the easiest way to add text, drop down box or a simple yes/no.
We recently released the ability to include Form Fields in most school form types, so that functionality is now available. Any information gathered via those form fields will live on the form and will not write any information back to the constituent profile, as requested in this idea, so I will leave this idea open as that part of the request has not been implemented.
