For the purposes of mailing there should be a list we can run of current parent names who share an address in one row.  For example: Bob and Jill Smith in one cell and the address in the following cells. Or even Bob in one cell, Jill in the next and then their address. There is currently only a list for Parent 1 in a column followed by the address and far to the right in the Excel doc is Parent 2 and their address to the right of that.  The other current option lists parents with the same address in separate rows. This is not helpful when sending mail to parents at one address; it currently requires manual combining.
