We would like the 'Nickname' field to display in the 'User Regarding' block of school forms. Merged

This would allow us to better utilize the export of the school form results directly, and streamline our workflow.

    Non-binary students/adults frequently have a nickname that is their preferred name. We need to be able to have that display when using school forms and in creating the spreadsheets from these forms.
