Remove "All Signatures Required" for Medical forms

We are not required by any agency or our state to collect both parent signatures on the medical forms. 

We are in a situation where I have completed forms - apart from the second parent's signature and the information is not populated to the student record.  These second parents are never going to log in to complete the form.

We can collect "Consent to Treat" from one parent, but unless the second parent adds their signature, the medical contact card for the student displays as No Consent to Treat.

    In the same boat here. We cannot get both parents to login and sign. Please allow just 1 parent signature. It would be great to have an Accept button that would allow us to add that data to the student record.
