As a class parent and admin of a group, I'd like the ability to @mention parents to recognize them for volunteering for an activity and to remind them of their turn for something, such as snack. 

To provide opportunities for parents to engage on content and communicate/recognize the effort by the teacher, administrator and/or volunteer, it would be great to offer them the ability to like all pieces of content. It could provide an opportunity to find highly engaged parents that may be lurking and encourage them to get more involved, etc. Plus, everyone likes to like - you can do it everywhere now. 

P.S. You don't offer a category for "Parent Engagement", so I picked Misc which isn't great. I'd also suggest adding a category for called "Parent Engagement".  :)
