Profile Update School Form: for 'User Grandparent' block: need 'Marital Status' and 'Living/Deceased' checkbox

Having these fields available directly on the Profile Update form would be ideal, and help us streamline our process. I see this idea here: https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12CO-I-1090 states 'implemented', but do not actually see this option.
