Option to default attendance to "absent"

When learning many names early in the school year, it is helpful to manually check each student in as being present. Currently, the default shows each student as being present. It would be good to add an option to default the attendance as absent.

    With COVID-19, the students in virtual classrooms have no seating chart, and there is no alphabetical listing of attendees. This would make it MUCH easier to take attendance during this already challenging time.
