In addition to email, it would be forward thinking if notifications and pushpage could be sent to other communication platforms such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.  A parent inquired about this and noted email is archaic.  I agree... I remember schools made the shift from snail mail to email long before the iphone showed up. It might be time to make the next jump.
