When a tile on a resource board is scheduled to expire, for users it expires at 12:00 AM that day, but not until 11:59 PM for admins. So when an admin toggles to view "Active" tiles in CORE for a user group (i.e. Faculty) the Admin is seeing tiles that have already expired to the Faculty view. It seems more logical for expired content to expire at the same time for both users and admins to eliminate confusion. Especially as these toggle views are intended to give an admin a preview of what each user group is seeing. Very confusing...
