Show Student's Name on Each Page of Progress Report/Report Card

It would be helpful if the student's name appeared on every page of their report card. If the report cards were mistakenly out of order there would not be  a way to identify subsequent pages.

    This is available in the new report card builder as of the December 2019 monthly release. The header row can now be selected to print on each page of the report.
