It will be nice to have setup time and break down time entered when we enter the event in stead of enter all as different entries. (it will be nice to have the same event setup feature as in the church management).
Another one is for room reservation -- it will be great if the system can tell us when the room/space is occupied in stead of running multiple reports to find out.

The ability to determine if a room is reserved is crucial. Sometimes administrative meetings need to take place in a room that might be academic. It would be great if the system could tell us if/when the room/space is occupied.
