When BBMS forwards payments to the business office, the accompanying report lists the name of the parent, the amount and date paid.  It should also include what event registration form the payment came in through. 

Currently, we have to pull up reports from each individual event registration form to hunt for a payment so we can credit it properly.  This is a huge time waste for our business office. If the report that accompanied the payment showed which event registration form it was associated with, we'd know right away that Mrs. Parent's $25 payment was for the Boston Field trip, and Mr. Otherparents's payment of $25 was to purchase a wreath at the Christmas event.
