upgrade SchoolPress to allow uploads of 1gb for photos

School Press currently allows up to 1mb size photos to be uploaded. I would like to be able to upload up to 1GB size photos.

    Augh...I'm still coming across this problem. Specifically, I can't upload audio files to our schoolpress sites if they're more than 1MB, which is pretty lame. This is very limiting since podcasting and recording one's voice speaking during language class is pretty popular.
