The system really should be able to send a personalized email to a constituent including parent's name, student's name, grade, etc.  Official notes you can somewhat personalize but can't add parent's name.  The mail merge function has lots of personalization options but can only be sent hard copy!?!?!?!?  PLEASE create the ability to send fully personalized emails to users.
