Removing Access By School Level for Academic Group Managers
I am requesting an enhancement to Academic Group Manager, to have filters (such as, for example, in Core > Users/Access > Profile > Manage Roles > Schedule Manager > Members > Filter) - to be able to filter a user's access to certain school levels. Since we have two database managers for the school, I would like a restriction so that there is no confusion that anyone was playing around in the other school's database.
I am finding this to be an essential need. If someone has the academic group manager role, they have access to the Grading Tab for ALL divisions. If they have access to the Grading Tab, they can run grading reports that faculty/advisors can run, and see grades for everyone! This is a massive problem. Also, if they have access to the grading tab for all courses, and have grading manager roles for just one division, they can see all grade plan grades on the grading tab (in addition to the reports). Once again, this level of access to grades is unaccepable.
