Ability to sync data between blackbaud and smart tuition

Currently, SmartTuition only updates family information when a contract is submitted. Families change addresses (and phone numbers and emails) throughout the year, but the business office only has the original data. This results in unanswered communication between the business office and families.  It would be helpful if you could periodically sync the data between the two systems.

    Given the fact that we were sold on this product because of double-entry between K-12 and "old Blackbaud" I find this highly disappointing, discouraging and misleading.

    Not sure how this got overlooked and why it hasn't been fixed. These are both Blackbaud products and you're not having them sync? I truly can't fathom why a new product would be developed without this capability. And they don't tell you this until after you've signed on and started implementation!

    This is a massive issue and a glaring feature omission. I looked through the Handle Profile Changes area and counted more than 1000 changes that have occurred to our parent records in the past year. None of this information is updated in Smart Tuition.
