Currently Employment Default is set to No if box is not checked

When a parent/guardian enters their employment information if they do not check the box that says Currently Employed it will default to say No under Currently Employed on their contact card in core. Very few people actually check that box.

    100% There needs to be a global option to click this box on behalf of parents or have it default to YES, especially for contacts that role over from Enrollment Manager. It is insane that this needs to be changed one by one.
