New feature: User behavior analytics

Some basic features that allow Communications, marketing, and/or IT folks to track whether and how frequently users (particularly parents) are using the portal. Percentages of who is logging in vs. who is not, what they're looking at, where they're spending the most time. This would help us understand how parents are using the tool, where they may need more guidance to help them get to where they need to be going.
