Add option to filter by teacher to "Grades- By Course and Teacher Report"
We review comments by teacher, so it would be very helpful to have the ability to filter this report by teacher. Also page breaks would be tremendously helpful as well, to separate courses.

This is a necessary feature if you are only looking for comments of a specific teacher. If it can't be added to this report then a report for Comments by teacher irrelevant of the course would also work.
