view previous school transcripts, test scores, recommendations in student records/Core

We are moving to online only and we like to have our Academic Office be able to view student admission files when a student enrolls (in Core under files and forms) in order to choose courses (need transcripts, test scores, rec letters). We can not add role for them to be in Admissions-Core would be best place for this when new student enrolls for their permanent record like a paper file.

    I agree. We should be able specify under which areas those files are visible by file type (like under Academics and Core). It is not good to have to switch to admissions to get access to a previous transcript that was uploaded in the admissions process that should be a part of the permanent student record.
