Adding a "page break" option to the transcript builder.

There is a section on a transcript that needs to always be on its own page. This would help in adding a page break in that section.

This also needs to be added the Report Card Builder. Otherwise, for example, we see a course title, several assessment grades, then on the next page we see the course title again/ column headers, and the rest of the assessments/ grades for that course.

Add page break element to New Transcript builder Merged

We list activities and awards on our transcripts as well as credit courses. Without a page break element, these sections are split in the middle of the section when they are printed
