Include Salutations in processing of onBoard Application

I would like salutation fields added to the onBoard application or would like you to include updating those fields when processing applications. Currently, we have to manually update the address salutations because we need them for creating mailing labels.

    For those schools that get hundreds of inquiries, it is odd that you have to manually input all salutations - even if there is a data upload - you still need to manually create the document to upload. All of the products - official notes, decision letters, reminder emails all rely on these salutation fields. We can't use the power of BB as we don't have time to monitor and input these small details.

    The current process for setting salutations is very inefficient.  With all the things OnBoard automatically generates, how is this not one of them??

    If someone submits an application or an inquiry in OnBoard, it would be really helpful for their prefixes and names to pull into the salutations fields.  This would help eliminate the number of steps it takes to process these items during the busy admissions season!
