The new persistent emergency bulletin option is wonderful. HOWEVER, when activated, it displays the bulletin on EVERY. SINGLE. WEBPAGE even after a viewer has closed it. This is very annoying. The option to have it display persistently ONLY on the home page and not internal webpages would be very helpful.

We use the persistent lightbox to drive viewers to our new back-to-school/Covid plan mini website when a viewer visits our main site. If they close it and choose to look at something else on our website, we do not want to harass them with each additional page they visit.
