Right now, there is an opt out report that tracks when a user unsubscribes from a distribution group via an email received. If a user bulk-unsubscribes from email via their portal settings, that is tracked as a profile change. HOWEVER, if a user unsubscribes from a distribution group via portal settings, this is not tracked anywhere. I would like to see this info tracked as a profile change.
