The Data Import for course section import/update currently only supports 'Head' teacher. In grade schools where an assistant follows a 'homeroom class' to every other class, this makes for tedious data entry. While the 'Enroll Group' function does let you assign a teacher to multiple groups, it does not let you assign their personnel type when doing so.
