"What can students see?" Add a "Published to Students" label within Gradebook

Teachers are always asking for clarification on what students can see in their gradebook. Empower the teacher by giving them a clear label on the assignment and the ability to quickly turn the access on or off from the gradebook.

My suggestion is that within gradebook, you include a published/unpublished label that can be seen beside the title of the assignment. This would relate to the settings selected when creating the assignment and show if the assignment's grade is viewable by Advisors, students, etc. This has been a point of anxiety for teachers.

If I'm getting greedy, I'd love to see this request turned into a check box. Teachers could then easily toggle the Publish grade on and off for individual assignments from right in their gradebook. Many teachers try to do this so that students all receive grades at the same time. Currently they are going into the assignment, unpublishing it, then assigning grades the class, and going back into the assignment to republish it. Often, they forget one of the steps and because there is no label of what is published it leads to confusion or grades not being shared with students.
