Ability to attach PDF and other docs to Announcement

It would be great to be able to attach PDFs, images, and other documents to the announcements content type, instead of having to hyperlink them via google drive or some other online storage system.

    We link them from within. First step is to go to Core>Content>Additional Content Types>Uploads. We upload the PDF there, grab the URL, and then link it to the announcement.
