Notification of Withdrawal/Enroll triggered to specific people/departments

It would be ideal that when we withdraw or enroll a notification can be triggered to different departments so they can proceed with their withdrawal/enrollment process

      This would be great! And render the Power Automate flows I built to communicate this information broadly obsolete...if anyone is interested in the meantime, the flow templates are located in the community under Education Management.

      Agreed! This would be a great step to add to the withdrawal workflow. We also want to send a form to the parents and deans as part of the withdrawal.

      I would like to bring this ticket to the surface as I see it is 4 years old. In Core > Notifications, we can now get this alert for incoming enrollments. However, there is no option to do something similar for when a student Withdraws. This would clean up my withdraw work flow incredibly as far as notifying other offices that need to know. (Magnus coordinator / advancement / billing / transportation...etc) I asked about it at BBCON, and they suggested I put it in the idea bank.
