Official Note Placeholders for | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Official Note Placeholders for Visit or Test times should be able to be chosen if multiple Tests or Visits

We have many kinds of "visits," and want to include the placeholders for each, but there's no way to tell which will "pull" in the Official Note. It seems like the most recent one, but that doesn't work well for us.
