All reports should have a student ID, host ID, or user ID on them

Often times, the reports only have the students' name on them, and the graduation year is appended on the end. You have to do a lot of data manipulation to be able to compare lists. It would be much easier if there was an ID number that could be used.

    Reports are used to validate information. Often, the database does not have all the information management needs in one place. Having a common key is essential.
