Emergency and Medical Info needed for school staff

We would like a method to track our staff's emergency contact information and some basic medical info to use in the event of an emergency.

    I would like to add that it would be helpful to have emergency contact info for students included on their Medical Contact Card. In case of an emergency, we need to know who to try calling.
