As a user I want to manage a new table values and field for Race

We would like a "check all that apply" option for ethnicity. Most people identify as more than one and multiracial as option doesn't really help us.

    We have added a new field on the contact card for Race (under Citizenship/Resident tile) that allows a multiselection. See Core > Users > User Profile settings for the default values that you can modify.
    You can transfer data from the Ethnicity field to the new Race field with export (via User List) and Import from Core > System Tools > Data Import under User Management.
    We are planning to switch Diversity reports to use Race instead of Ethnicity in the coming weeks/months.

    Barring that ability - how about being able to at least de-activate ethnicities so that values will not be eliminated historically, but we can ensure old table values are no longer used?
