Even though the Group Page access and Schedule Set Access are set up properly, when our teachers look at a schedule of a student who they do not directly teach, they are unable to see the student's activity schedules through the Directory. When I reached out to Support about this, they said it was a known problem that when Group Page Access is set to List Only, it prevents the activities from showing on the student's schedule and one of the other options needs to be marked (Bulletin Board, Roster, or Topics). Support recommend I add an idea to the Ideas Portal to show support for the fix of this issue. Thanks for considering!
