This started a couple years ago when Athletics went through an overhaul by Blackbaud. I was told that after my athletics person enters a new activity and roster, they need to check that it shows on the teacher and student schedules as it often does not. They are supposed to ask me to go to the schedule outline for Athletics and resave to make it trigger things to display on the schedules. Furthermore I was informed this is a feature not a bug. It seems very cumbersome since the person adding the activities does not have access to the rotations and it would not be wise to offer them this. Sometimes things trigger fine and schedule displays. Clearly the code needs to make sure whatever triggers this does it without my manually doing.
