Data import for course recommendations

It would be incredibly helpful to have a data import for course recommendations, not just course requests. We have thousands of course recommendations to add each year, and being able to do it by data import instead of the course request module in Academics would be VERY helpful!

    The Course Request import has been updated to allow for recommendations.

    Yes, this would be very helpful. I will also add that we would want to be able to specify the recommender's name in the import so that the name shown as "recommended by" was not the person who processed the upload, but the actual teacher who recommended the student for the class.
