Would like a report that shows teachers who have not completed course recommendations for their students

We would like to be able to pull a report that shows which teachers have completed their course recommendations for the students in their class rosters so we can encourage them to do so before we have students begin their course selections.

    Additionally would be useful to be able to pull a list of students with NO course recommendations; currently the list only looks at students who do have recommended courses.
