Rarely happens, but leadership will accept addendums to enrollment contracts that everyone needs to be aware of, but there doesn't seem to be a good place to document/flag these exceptions. For instance, the parent requests no images of their child is used for social media or webpages and I would like to make that a very apparent flag on their record, but other than uploading the document I'm not sure there is a prominent way to record this. In Enrollment Management, you can place a comment directly on the record right under the name and I would like to see this feature in Core as well.
