There is no easy way of reporting withdraws in candidate's lists or dashboards. We do not require re-enrollment contracts (so the contract filter cannot be used) and depart date is not necessarily entered for those who aren't returning in the following year.

We would like to be able to filter in a candidates list for those who have a registration for the current year, but no registration for the upcoming year.
