When uploading student files through Bulk Upload > Manage User Files, the current process is to upload the files into either an existing file name, or creating a new file name. Some of the forms uploaded into the system contain sensitive data, and may need to be removed from the system in X amount of time. Instead of creating a large amount of file names in the system, we would like a method for file deletion that detects & deletes files after a certain amount of time from upload.
