I understand that you have removed the ability to add a description to Bulk Uploaded User Files (including links to a common file). As we are have decided to upload standardized tests for parents to our bulk file system...we would appreciate a spot to put a parent letter with information about the specific test's codes and meaning. Your formerly used description with link would still be useful here. Thanks for considering keeping this feature.
