Create Grade Plan category ALL so Advisors can review all grades and comments for advisory instead of toggling through each Grade Plan.

It would be much easier and user-friendly to see all comments and grades in one place/list instead of having them split up.

    Agreed - this avoids the human error of forgetting to check one or more of the grade plans during the comment review process. Much more effective and efficient.
