I am constantly running up against Merge Duplicates telling me that I cannot merge the accounts without further action. Many times I have to contact support because I have absolutely no idea what that means. If it's a shared address issue, duplicate application form it would be very helpful for the error to be more detailed about what the issue or even present me with options to allow the merge to go through.
Hi Yitzy - just a heads up at two things to always look at.
The records must have the same role (candidate/candidate, student/student) to be merged. Also, if there is the same shared adress / phone number on both they won't merge until its removed from one record.
