'Profile Notice' features

The new 'Profile Notice' option on a user's contact card is great!

Please extend its usefulness by:

  • Adding clear settings regarding who can see each notice (like official notes)

  • Adding the ability to see Profile Notices from the Users List

  • In the header where 'Profile Notice' shows with an exclamation mark, please display the most recent notice on hover

      Hi all! Profile notice detail has been added to an alert banner in the Academics 360 profile header, which checks the box for bullet #3. The Profile notices have also been added to the User list and Students list, which checks the box for bullet #2. Profile notices can be accessed by admin roles (Admissions Manager, Contact Card Manager, and Platform Manager) and they are subject to Profile Publish Access in Core - which is very specific and checks box #1. I'm happy to say this idea has been implemented! Thank you for your feedback!

      @MarkSargent - yes! I want to use the Profile Notices field as an alert/flag for teachers to be aware of special information about a student, but I don't know if someone before me used it for something else. I can't easily see what other Profile Notices exist, so I don't feel confident allowing view access to it for Teachers.

      Definitely! We need the ability to pull the notices onto lists especially to see what is out there for students quickly and easily.
