We want to determine who is able to view the Admissions materials that were marked 'Share to Core'. Maybe there needs to be a 'Share to Academics' option? Either way, it doesn't do much good to limit the visibility of those materials to Platform Managers only.
Ideally, we would be able to set which role(s) can view which file/form (e.g. division heads can see the applications and parent statements, but teachers can only see test results).
YES...This is EXACTLY what is needed and seems like a given that the systems be able to interact vs manually having to upload particular files to User Files for each student. When I found the "upload to core button", I assumed the next step would be to give access or indicated which ones could be rolled to the student file after enrollment. NOPE! I just spent 1/2 hour on the chat to find out it is not doable right now. Not the chat persons fault. They tried and forwarded me to this post.
