Respect user name format throughout the system

In <Core->User->User profile Settings->User name format> despite the warning "Warning, changing this pattern will change the way names are displayed throughout your system." Unfortunately, no longer changes it throughout the system. We didn't have this issue last year so in some update this was accidentally changed.

{nickname|firstname} {lastname} {gradabbr} should result in the nickname or as it is called in the system now "preferred name" to display over the first name.

Currently, students can see other student first names when they look at things like Athletics, groups, dorms, community groups, and advisories. It probably works for classes as well, but we have it so students cannot see rosters.

This change between this year and last year caused students to figure out that one of our new students was transgender.
