Add Multi-column Filtering and "Show Blanks" option to Basic Lists

Please consider adding the ability in both Student List and User List to sort multiple columns at the same time, in a prioritized order. Additionally, please consider adding a "Show Blanks" option to each column so that we can tell it to show only blanks for multiple columns at the same time.

For example, I'd like to be able to sort a list by users that do not have phone numbers OR addresses entered. I need to sort both at the same time to show blanks first. Additionally, when I'm checking that prefixes (Mr. Mrs. Dr. etc) match the gender listed on the profile, I want to be able to sort both, and group specific prefixes together, by gender.

Sometimes I am looking through up to 5,000 users at once and it is frustrating to have to go column by column to find blanks etc.

Yes, showing blanks (or allowing for a filter to only display entries that are blank) would be very helpful. Currently, if you're trying to find a blank entry, the only manageable way to do it is to export to a CSV and filter it in Excel.
